SEEPEX macerators macerate the solid and fibrous components in pumped products. This increases operational safety, extends service life of downstream equipment and reduces operating costs.Our macerators work in municipal and industrial waste water sectors as well as in other industrial branches.

Technical details

Available in two ranges:
Range I:
– Inline design: direct attachment to the SEEPEX pump or in a compact pipeline
– Flow rate: 2 m3/h – 150 m3/h (8.8 USGPM – 660 USGPM)
– Integrated heavy solids collection separator with two large cleanout openings

Range U:
– Universal design: installation either on a vertical pipeline or supply tank with direct connection to a SEEPEX pump
– Flow rate: 2 m3/h – 150 m3/h (8.8 USGPM – 660 USGPM)
