Project Overview
Drinking water treatment plant located at village Dihovo which supplies the city of Bitola with drinking water was equipped with blowers for air backwash of gravity sand filters in order to get more efficient backwash and better quality of the treated water.
Benefits – huge reduction of energy consumption, old blowers were 40 kW, and new blowers are 24 kW. Reduction of noise level to standard range.
